The service
Alesson Systems (Alesson Souza, sole trader, Auckland NZ) offers:

All paid work is scoped on a fixed-price basis after the free audit. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless extended in writing.
What's included in a project
The full deliverable as scoped in the written proposal. A 30-day post-launch stabilisation window for fixes at no extra cost. Trained handover at the end of the build. All source code, assets, accounts, and documentation transferred to you.
Ownership
You own everything we build for you — code, design files, copy, domain, hosting accounts, CRM accounts, AI prompts, analytics. All client-facing deliverables transfer at handover.
We retain the right to mention the project in our portfolio in non-confidential terms (e.g. "rebuilt a plumbing site; after-hours response time dropped from 6h to 45min"), unless you opt out in writing before kickoff.
Payment
50% deposit on signed proposal, 50% on launch (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Invoices payable within 14 days. Late payment beyond 30 days may result in suspension of any hosted services until cleared.
Out of scope
Work outside the signed proposal is quoted separately. No surprise add-ons. No hourly billing. No retainer minimums.
Limitation of liability
Alesson Systems is liable only for direct, foreseeable damages arising from gross negligence in the delivery of the contracted work. We are not liable for: loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity; third-party service outages (hosting, AI APIs, email delivery); or content and data you provide.
Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant contract.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
